Serialz is for automated hard core code generating of serial numbers :)
Sphinx had this program made a couple of years ago, and even though she's
left the babyz Community, she has now decided to let us all have it!
Note that the program _is_ old, and Sphinx is no longer in touch with the
programmer, so if you have problems running it there is nothing she can do
about it. There is nothing I can do about it either, sorry.

A note about this particular tool; it was written when monitor screens were
often somewhat smaller. If you find that the "snapshots" all show the corner
of the adoption certificate instead of a baby, decrease your screen resolution
to 1024x768 pixels (right click desktop, choose properties, then settings).

Sphinx also says: "It's based on a P200 I think so it will probably be too
slow for most computers."

Here are the instructions as given by Sphinx:

Main menu is self explanatory:
==============================

Enter location for bmp files: Every baby generated will have a bmp taken and stored in this directory.
                              These files are relatively huge so watch your diskspace - 2000 will be
                              at least 150 megs. Will also generate a serialz.txt of each valid code.

Starting code: Doesn't have to be a valid code, but it does have to be possible,
                eg 1234-qaaa-aaaa-gbd is ok, but 1234-zaaa-aaa1-gbd is not

Number of iterations: the number of valid codes it will produce before stopping.

This information is all stored in the Serialz.ini file.

How to use Serialz:
===================

1. Run babyz with no baby in the Adopted folder. Enter a valid code manually when
you run babyz and don't adopt. This is because babyz takes a long time to read
babyzrez.dll the first time. Keep babyz open.

2. Run Serialz, set the info, click start and wait :)

Press f1 to stop it at any time.

DON'T click start when anything else is behind the Serialz program, or
it will spill garbage into whatever is open.

Frontpage is a good way of viewing bmp files en masse, copy and paste in.
Paint Shop has problems with the format, so if you're going to put them
on a site or want them in a different format, convert them in PSP before
opening (it can covert but not read - strange!)

Have fun!
